MAT’s seventh and last film of this season is The Lady in the Van.
This film tells the true story of the relationship between Alan Bennett and the singular Miss Shepherd (Maggie Smith), a woman of uncertain origins who 'temporarily' parked her van in Bennett's London driveway and proceeded to live there for 15 years.
This film will be shown on Wednesday, May 4 at Orillia Galaxy Cinemas at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets ($10, cash only) go on sale at the door beginning at 3 p.m.
